Released as part of the excellent Wood Finish series by GlenAllachie distillery, this 12 year old Speyside malt was initially matured in American oak barrels for 10 years then re-racked into Ruby Port Pipes adding lovely depth of flavour and complexity.

Colour: Ruby Blush.
Nose: Lashings of heather honey, grape must, treacle, bananas and ginger.
Taste: Heather honey, toffee, damsons and grape must, fused with orange peel and ginger.
