The first release in 'The Sinteis' series is this 2014 vintage single malt GlenAllachie aged in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin virgin oak. This exciting new series sees Billy Walker combine two bold yet complimentary wood types, creating unique and wonderful expressions. GlenAllachie Sinteis Part 1 has been bottled at natural cask strength, 57.8% ABV, unchill filtered and without the addition of artificial colouring.

Ginger, butterscotch and candied lemon slices, followed by fig jam, blackberries, and molasses, with cinnamon spice and rich cocoa on the finish.
