A 14 year old GlenDronach, initially matured in European oak casks, then finished in a small batch of casks that previously held Marsala wine. Marsala is a fortified wine produced on the Italian island of Sicily.

Apperance: Deep autumn gold.
Nose: Fairground candy apples, hints of stem ginger and warm white pepper combine with delicate, sweet barley notes.
Palate: Vibrant fresh green apple develops to vanilla fudge and pear drops. Rich oak balances the sweet and the spice characteristics on the palate.
Conclusion: Deliciously balanced, bringing ripe orchard fruits and delicate, sweet oak spices to the traditional,robust Highland character. A unique and luscious expression from The GlenDronach Distillery.
