Nose: Stewed pears having been enriched with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Lovely aged Oloroso personality creates a distinctive luxurious feel.
Palate: Full bodied with excellant refinement. Ripe figs, dates and candied walnuts. Defined Sherry presence, coupled with chocolate orange syrup.
