As far as I can recall this is the first 1985 vintage to be released as part of the official single cask, batch releases from GlenDronach distillery. Single cask #1035 has been aged for 27 years in a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon before being bottled at 53.7% in 2013. Only 290 bottles filled from a puncheon barrel? Split cask ? Or has the angels share been rather to greedy? Glendroanoraks know the answer to this puzzle, for sure... Answers on a postcard, or easier still, by the comments section below!
