The third UK exclusive from GlenDronach distillery is finally here, and it looks like they have released yet another superb tasting dram. Single cask 26, a 19 year old single malt whisky, laid to rest in 1993 in a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt before being bottled in 2012.
GlenDronach Single Cask 26 Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Rich ruby - mahogany.
Nose: Chocolate, figs and spices in abundance.
Palate: Layers of dark chocolate and orange in harmony with nutmeg, raisins and delicate spices.
