A rather special 'Last of the Millennium' bottling from Glenfarclas Distillery. Filled on 31st December 1999 by three generations of the Grant Family and left to rest until August 2012 when this cask was bottled at 56.8% vol.

Nose: Stunning! An abundance of beautiful flavours... All the wonderful notes you'd expect from a whisky matured in a sherry cask. Toffee apple, butterscotch, sweet ginger, vanilla, sultana, light caramel, fruit cake, muscavado sugar.



Palate: Beautiful warm sweet spice, light oak, Christmas cake, orange peel and slight notes of date palm...apples, butterscotch, sweet ginger, vanilla, sultana, light caramel, fruit cake, muscovado sugar.



Finish: Warm spices, fruit cake, good long length.
