The third part of Glenfiddich's Age of Discovery series is this 19 year old Speyside malt that has been matured in oak casks previously used to age fine red wine. Smooth, complex wines of South America, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Previous Age of Discovery bottles have included Madeira and Bourbon cask finished styles. Glenfiddich Age of Discovery Red Wine Cask is the first Glenfiddich to be finished in these type of barrels.
