Another superb single cask release from independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Gordon & MacPhail. Distilled at the Glenrothes distillery in 2007, this well aged Speyside whisky was matured in a refill sherry butt for 16 years. Bottled October 2023 from single cask #17602003 at an impressive 62.7% vol! Released as part of the superb Connoisseurs Choice series and as you'd expect it's been bottled without chill filtration or any additional colouring. This sounds like another tremendous single cask released from G&M.
