This absolute delightful single cask release was distilled 9th June 1997 at the Bunnahabhain distillery and matured in a 1st Fill Oloroso sherry butt for 26 years. Bottled 26th April 2024 at 52.4% vol by Signatory for their excellent Cask Strength Collection. A 'Symington's Choice' release, an out-turn of only 612 bottles, filled at natural cask strength, colour and un-chillfiltered.
