Another tremendous single cask release from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory, this time from Glenrothes distillery. Distilled in 1995 then laid to rest in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt until 2025. Cask #933 was cracked open and bottled after 30 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
