Released as part of Dràm Mòr’s 5th Anniversary Collection, this remarkable 18 year old single cask Highland Park captures everything that makes Orkney’s most famous distillery so distinctive. Distilled in 2006 it was drawn from a single refill hogshead, yielding only 292 bottles at natural cask strength 57.1% ABV. Non-chillfiltered and natural in colour, this is a classic example of how graceful, understated Highland Park can be when left to mature quietly for nearly two decades. A fitting choice to celebrate five years of Dràm Mòr.

Nose
Classic gentle coastal nose with straw and mild honey and just a whiff of smoke.
Palate
Stunningly mouth filling. Rich and bold in its approach this is a delight! Citrus, lemon sherbet, roasted yellow ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of smoke on the top of your palate.
Finish
Long to say the least. We can now find that hint of peat long famed in Highland Park showing at this drams curtain call.
