Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Crisp and fruity, with sour apples, sherbert lemons and sweet grain. Behind that are layers of smoke and minerality: coal dust, damp wood smoke and singed lemon zest.
Palate
Thick and oily in texture, with intense citrus, pine and smoke. Menthol notes develop, along with gravelly minerality and pungent peatiness.
Finish
Long and zesty, with orange peel, sherbet and crushed green leaves.
