The 10th Edition of 100% Islay from Kilchoman distillery, distilled from the 2007 and 2010 barley harvests then matured for a minimum of 9 years in a combination of bourbon barrels and sherry casks. A really special release and always one we look forward to each year, as each part of the process (grown, distilled, matured and bottled) has been done at the distillery itself!
