Seems like only yesterday since we saw the 1st release from this excellent series, but we're now moving onto the 7th edition of 100% Islay from Kilchoman distillery. The 7th Edition, the oldest expression to date is a vatting of fresh & refill ex-bourbon barrels and like others within the series, has been produced from barley exclusively grown and malted at the distillery!
