The youngest release in the first Kilchoman Family Collection, this 11 Year Old is the only expression in the series matured in ex-Oloroso sherry butts. Drawn from heavily peated barley (50ppm) malted at Port Ellen, it pairs Kilchoman's traditional peat profile with rich sherry-cask maturation, a combination the distillery has explored at length through its annual Loch Gorm releases. Bottled at cask strength, 54.7% abv. As with the rest of the collection, the cask was chosen during the Wills family's annual review of maturing stock, selected individually by the five members of Kilchoman's founding family.
