A very special Islay expression, released as part of the 20th anniversary celebrations for Kilchoman Distillery. Crafted from a vatting of five specially selected casks, distilled in 2008 and 2009 which had been matured for 15 years in ex-sherry butts. One of four special releases in the 20th Anniversary Casks Series, each a vatting of five specially selected casks, highlighting the two distinct sides of Kilchoman's unique character, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry cask maturation.

Rounded and rich in character, with a peppery kick, sherry soaked dark fruits, and a gentle smokiness bringing a savoury, briny character.

Viscous and warming, with rich fruits, salty dark chocolate, and a lasting balance of sweetness and smoke.
