A single cask release from Kilchoman distillery, distilled 12th September 2008 and matured for over 4 and a half years in a fresh bourbon barrel. Bottled 25th June 2013, with 262 bottles being filled from 453/2008 at natural cask strength, 60.4% vol.

Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Vanilla toffees, wood shavings, dark chocolate and a herbal note, along with the smoky intensity of youth.
Palate
The bonfire smoke is fresh and never aggressive, and the chocolate sweetness adds a lightness. Showing very well for its age.
Finish
Hazelnut, honey and dry smoke.
