Kilchoman single cask 3009/2007, bottled exclusively for Kilchoman distillery shop. This single cask release was distilled 14th November 2007 and matured in an Oloroso sherry cask for 5 and a half years before being bottled 24th May 2013. 270 bottles filled at cask strength, 59.1% vol.

Nose
Nice, combines peat and sherry, typical Kilchoman cloves and cinnamon.
Palate
Soft peaty aromas with overtones of sherry, slightly dry on the palate. A good example of Kilchoman in sherry wood.
Finish
Clean, long and rich.
