Machir Bay is the latest release from Kilchoman Distillery and will continue to be avaialble all year round. Added to the core range, the vatting will be developed each year by adding more matured casks.
This years Machir Bay consists of 60% 3 year old, 35% 4 year old and 5% 5 year old whisky, each have been matured in fresh bourbon casks before being finished off in oloroso sherry butts for 8 weeks.
