The latest small batch release from Kilchoman distillery and the first time in the UK we've seen this exciting combination of casks. The distillery has taken their 46% Kilchoman and combined it with 70% bourbon, 5% sherry maturation then added in a cask of fully matured Kilchoman which was matured in a Calvados cask. Resulting in a delightful combo of citrus and baked apples with maritime smokiness. Kilchoman Batch 5 has been bottled at 49% vol.
