Lindores Abbey 'The Fife Exclusive', an exclusive single cask bottling matured in an Australian Tawny cask (Fortified Shiraz). Said to be the first of its kind to be matured in this kind of cask, it's been released to celebrated 'The Fifers', with this rare bottling only available to purchase through allocated Fife retailers and on trade. 411 bottles only, filled at 59.4% vol, non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery.
With explosions of dates and raisins, dark berries, malted biscuits, sweet cinnamon and warm ginger, it has a beautiful balance, complexity, character and finish that could only be Lindores.
