Another tremendous single cask release from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory, this time from Linkwood distillery. Distilled 30th July 2009 then laid to rest in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt until 17th February 2025. Cask #5 was cracked open and bottled after 15 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
