Tasting Notes
Awards
Nose
Marzipan and custard creams combine with soft, understated iodine and sweet peat.
Palate
Strong orchard vibes - apple and raisin strudel, with dried apricots. Prevalent spices - cinnamon and a touch of cracked black pepper.
Finish
The peat / vegetal notes linger in the background - very much softened with the passage of time, making this an incredibly approachable peated dram.
