Drawn from a combination of 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts and refill hogsheads, this 11 year old Mortlach was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 as part of Signatory Vintage’s popular 100 Proof series. Presented at a robust 57.1% vol (100 proof), the whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring, staying true to the natural, cask-driven style that has made the series such a success.
