Another superb single cask release from independent Scotch whisky bottler, Signatory, this time from Morltach distillery. Distilled 27th November 2007 then laid to rest in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt until 17th December 2024. Cask #205 was cracked open and bottled after 17 years maturation and released as part of the Symington's Choice, Cask Strength Collection series.
