The latest limited edition from Old Perth is a rich and evocative whisky matured in a carefully chosen combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Palo Cortado sherry casks. Inspired by the great sherry bodegas of Spain, this release celebrates the tradition of authentic sherry maturation with a complex and deeply layered style. Adding further depth, some of the spirit has been drawn from Old Perth’s remarkable 70 year old solera casks, a rare touch that connects past and present.
Non-chill filtered, natural in colour and bottled at 52.4% ABV.
