Another beautiful and very rare single malt release from independent Scotch whisky bottlers Gordon & MacPhail. This 1982 vintage Old Pulteney was distilled 2nd June and matured in a refill American hogshead for 38 years before being bottled 15th December 2020. Only 99 bottles filled from single cask 861 at 57.1% vol and released as part of the Private Collection.

OLD PULTENEY 1982 PRIVATE COLLECTION
Rich honey aromas combine with sweet lime zest and vanilla. Subtle apple notes lead to a hint of fudge.
Sweet flavours of honeydew melon and lemon are accompanied by soft white pepper.
A medium-bodied and smooth finish of toasted oak.
