Distilled in 2011 at an undisclosed Orkney distillery and matured for 14 years, this Island single malt has been finished in rare first fill Palo Cortado hogsheads. Bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as part of their excellent 100 Proof series, filled at 57.1% vol, un-chillfiltered and at natural colour. A limited release showcasing the influence of an exceptional sherry cask finish on Orkney single malt.
