This 14 year old single malt from an Orkney distillery (clue in the title) was distilled in 2011 and given a finishing period in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled in 2026 by independent Scotch whisky bottler Signatory Vintage, it forms part of their highly regarded 100 Proof series. Presented at a robust 57.1% vol (100 proof), the whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring, in keeping with the natural style of the range.
