The seventh edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection is titled Promise of Hope and has been created from bourbon taken from Parker Beams favourite attributes in terms of style, age, rickhouse location and proof.
This years Parker’s Heritage Collection edition is rather special as Heaven Hill distillery have donated $20 from each bottle to help raise funds for the ALS Association. Parker Beam the master distiller who has worked with Heaven Hill since 1960, was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, often referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease) in 2013.
Bottled at 48% vol (96 proof).
