Paul John Edited, an Indian single malt whisky matured in Goa, South India. In this climate, the annual evaporation rate is around 13%, the average age of the whiskies matured here are no older than four or five years old. Edited has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and has been created from around 15% peated whisky, which was sourced from Islay, Scotland. Paul John Edited has received a plethora of awards including a Gold Medal at the San Fransisco World Spirits Competition 2018.
