We love this latest range from indie bottlers, North Star Spirits. Quite simply, each release in the Periodical series will be bottled at 50% vol, served up in a 50cl bottle and always be under £50. Periodical Batch 1 is from an Orkney distillery and has been bottled from a refill puncheon aged for 12 years and only available to the UK market.
