Released as part of the Cask Strength Collection from indie bottlers Signatory, this 12 year old single malt from Old Pulteney distillery was initially matured in refill bourbon barrels then finished in a fresh sherry butt for 31 months. Distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021, 695 bottles filled from cask #4 at 56.2% vol.
