This is the 3rd instalment of Speyside (M) we've seen in the last few months, with the previous batches selling out very quick! Signatory 100 Proof Edition #29 was distilled at a very famous and well known distillery, starting with the letter M in Speyside! This excellent single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2011 and matured in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts (previous 2 batches were first and refill) for 13 years. Bottled late 2024 as part of the excellent 100 Proof series from Independent bottler, Signatory. Filled at 57.1% vol, non-chillfiltered and without any additional colour.
