We're being treated to another fantastic small batch release from Signatory, distilled at a very famous and well known distillery (M) in Speyside, Scotland. This single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured in 1st and refill Oloroso sherry butts for 15 years. Bottled as part of the tremendous 'Small Batch' series from independent bottler, Signatory. Filled at 48.2% vol, non-chillfiltered and without any additional colour.
