Released in 2024, this is the latest release of the ever-popular 12 year old cask strength whisky from Springbank distillery. This latest edition has been created from a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 57.2% vol.

Nose
This year’s 12 year old cask strength kicks off with notes of marzipan, smoked meats, and a smokiness akin to burnt matches.
Palate
The smoky, earthy note continues on the palate and a nuttiness is introduced in notes of pistachios. Notes of caramelised brown sugar, prunes and custard round out this dram.
Finish
A sea salt note emerges in the finish along with notes of red apple skin.
