That Boutique-y Whisky Company was formed to bring forgotten drams from some of the world's best distilleries to the whisky-craving masses. Often taken from miniscule parcels of forgotten stock / lost casks, none of the bottles carry an age statement. All labels are hand-illustrated and designed with a nod towards whimsicality, often incorporating whisky industry 'in-jokes'.

Nose: A smouldering, oily nose with hints of heather root, allspice and a touch of charred oak. Manuka honey and pepper.
Palate: Peppery, spicy palate with big, creaking oak an a touch of salted caramel. Peat smoke arrives as the palate develops, with a touch of baked apple.
Finish: Baking spices and caramel. A little treacle and mixed herbs.
Overall: An oily, coastal, classic Springbank.
