Bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company for their Cooper's Choice series, this 11 year old Strathmill was distilled in 2010 and initially matured in an American oak barrel then transferred and finished in a cask that previously held sweet Sauternes wine. Bottled in 2021 with 306 bottles being filled from cask #8017063 at 55.5% vol.
