Bottled as part of the Celebration of the Cask range by Càrn Mòr is this 24 year old Strathmill single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled in 1990 and aged for 24 years before being given a finish in a cask that previosuly held Eiswein. Bottled at 55.2% vol, 316 bottles filled.
Eiswein is a type of dessert wine that's been produced from grapes that have been frozen whilst still on the vine. A rather sweet wine and in most cases rather expensive so this will be a very exciting dram to try...
