The Spirit of Dublin Irish Poitín, created from a traditional Dublin Pot Still recipe of unmalted and malted Irish barley, then triple distilled in copper stills. Bottled straight from the still at 52.5%, a very versatile spirit, neat, with water or in a cocktail.
