This very rare, single cask release from Signatory forms part of the Symington’s Choice range, showcasing some of the most distinguished casks within their inventory. Distilled at Tomintoul Distillery in 1995 and bottled in 2025 after 30 years of maturation in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or added colour, this should be epic.
