Awards
Nose
Grilled smoked bacon. Sea salt and long cured ham. A stunningly savoury nose.
Palate
Sweeter than the nose would suggest but we still have all of that delicious savoury meats so heavily promised by the nose. That subtle Skye peat making a real impact of smoke without the medicinal notes so familiar with most peated drams.
Finish
Long and lingering as that savoury smoke and salted caramel plays with the taste buds to the very last.
