This limited edition single cask rum release from Dràm Mòr highlights the depth and complexity of well aged Trinidadian rum. Drawn from cask #2 after 17 years maturation then bottled at 57.5% vol, capturing the full spectrum of flavour developed with nearly two decades of maturation.

Loaded with tropical fruit notes and zesty citrus making you think it is light, but at the same time you know it’s not. It’s a robust solid dram.
Palate
Zesty grapefruit, dried yellow fruit stew, oily oak and cracked red peppercorns sprinkled over grilled pineapple.
Finish
Warming and rich with elegant and juicy dried fruit compote and tannic oaky oiliness.
