New from indie bottler, Signatory we have this 2013 vintage Whitlaw (Highland Park). Matured for 10 years in 1st fill and 2nd fill Oloroso sherry butts it was then bottled in 2023 at 46% vol. This design was originally used for the chillfiltered bottlings at Signatory but this one has been bottled un-chillfiltered and without any colouring. Great price, should be a cracker!
